This page explains what happens to the information you give us on kreativby4knotts.com.

Who we are

Kreativ by 4Knotts, a studio in Delhi, India. Questions about this policy go to interact@kreativby4knotts.com.

What we collect

When you send a brief, we collect what you type: your name, email, an optional phone number, your company, the services you picked and your answers. We don't ask for anything else.

Where it goes

• Your brief is stored in our database on Google Firebase so we can reply and follow up.
• Our email service, Resend, sends a copy of your brief to our team and a confirmation to you with your reference number.
• If your email doesn't have a client-portal login yet, we create one so you can follow your project. Its password is emailed to you only. We never show passwords on this website.

Why we use it

To answer your brief and to run the project if we work together. We don't sell it.

How long we keep it

For as long as we need it to reply to you and, if we work together, to run the project and keep business records. Ask us and we'll delete it sooner.

Other services this site uses

• Pages load fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google's servers.
• Pages include the Google Ads tag. It sets cookies and sends Google information about your visit so we can measure how our ads perform. You can limit ad personalisation in your Google account settings or block these cookies in your browser.
• When you send a brief, your browser loads Google Firebase's scripts to save it.
• Your browser stores a few small preferences on your device (your light or dark theme, and which demo names you saw last). They never leave your device.
